Memo Ochoa‘s time with Malaga has been a nightmare.

Ochoa was coming into the 2014/15 season with Malaga after, what many believe, was one of the best World Cup performances from a keeper. Ochoa dazzled during the tournament in Brazil.

Yet, what we thought was going to be a good move, Memo was seeing the bench much more frequently than on the field.

On Thursday, December 3, Ochoa was placed as the starting keeper for Malaga in the Copa del Rey against CD Mirandés.

Unfortunately for Memo, the game did not go well for Malaga. They gave up two goals, and lost the game, 1-2.

The loss doesn’t do Ochoa any favors, as it will most likely be his last appearance with Malaga.

Hopefully Ochoa can find a club that is in need of a solid keeper, and is talented enough itself, because Memo Ochoa has had a bad run since leaving French side Ajaccio.

Chicharito earns Bundesliga “Player of the month”

With his current amazing form, Chicharito has quickly become a sensation in the Bundesliga. He even has a page dedicated to him on the Bundesliga website.

For the month of November, Chicharito has earned the “player of the month” award, beating out the likes of top players like Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Borussia Dortmund.

But he doesn’t stop with just being a popular player, he has been scoring for Bayer Leverkusen at a high rate. A very deserving award for the striker this month, indeed.
