Internazionale di Milano president Erick Thohir is planning a trip to Paris in the upcoming weeks to wrap up a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for Adrien Rabiot. Erick Thohir is hustling to Paris to sign the young French talent before Arsenal beat him to the punch.
Italy news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb reported that the France midfielder has been on Arsenal‘s wish list of possible transfers for the last few months. Inter Milan though have plans to hijack the transfer in their favor ahead of the Gunners.

A lot of speculation has been made of where Adrien Rabiot’s future will lead him since he voiced his desire to leave PSG if he is not granted regular playing time. Since Thiago Motta has returned from injury Rabiot has had to deal with sitting on the bench instead. During the January transfer Rabiot requested only a loan move in his quest for regular team futbol. PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi voiced that Rabiot would be going nowhere.
“I was disappointed – I said it to his face. He’s 20 years old, plays regularly in a big team. He’s come through the youth academy – the club has given him a lot,” stated president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
Regular playing time evidently has a different translation between Rabiot and Al-Khelaifi.
Rabiot’s meaning of the phrase “regular playing time” is being in the starting eleven every week. Despite his intentions to acquire “regular playing time” Al-Khelaifi has no intentions to allow the young Frenchman to leave as of yet.
Inter Milan who just sold off Fredy Guarin to the Chinese Super League has a empty spot in their midfield for a player of Rabiot’s talent. Particularly to the contrary of what Arsenal may offer him, which may be more time on the bench which is what he is getting now.
